We only collect the information we genuinely need to communicate with you, run your project smoothly, and deliver great work.

What We Collect

• Your name, email, contact number and any project details you choose to share

• Files you provide (text, images, logos, artwork, etc.)

• Images that include school students, when supplied by you or your organisation

We don’t collect or store payment details — invoices are simply emailed to you.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Chat with you about your project

• Create and deliver your design work

• Send quotes and invoices

• Keep internal project records

We never sell or trade your information. Ever.

Working With School Content

If your project includes images of students, we assume the appropriate permissions have already been handled by your school or organisation. We store these files securely and only use them for your project or future updates unless you ask us to remove them.

How We Keep Your Information Safe

We use secure, password‑protected systems, encrypted cloud storage, Internet Security and strict limited access to ensure your files and content stay protected.

Sharing Your Information

We only share information when it’s necessary to complete your project — for example, with professional printers. They receive only what they need and nothing more.

Your Choices

You’re always welcome to get in touch if you’d like to:

• See the information we hold about you — usually things like your contact details, content you’ve supplied, and the final artwork we’ve created for you

• Update or correct your details if something changes

• Ask us to remove your files (unless we need to keep them for business or legal reasons)

Please note, older files are often deleted as part of routine storage management.
