We can meet at a cafe at Mitcham, Unley or Adelaide to discuss initial project details over a coffee. If meeting in person isn't convenient, we will schedule an online video meeting or telephone call.

Communications are handled via email or phone, with video meetings available anytime.

Two pricing structures are available:

Hourly Rate – It's often hard to calculate just how long a job will take, and it often depends on how many revisions you might need. An hourly rate allows for the work to be completed without worrying about number of revisions, and you only ever pay for the actual time spent on your job. Production time is recorded and invoiced once the work is complete. Print work and larger productions may require progress invoices for various stages. If you have a budget limit, being upfront helps me plan the most effective approach.

Project Based – If you have a very specific project brief, an estimation for the work can be calculated. The estimation supplied to you will have fixed project based inclusions and outcomes, and a set number of revisions. Project-based production is usually for larger jobs, and requires a 50% deposit prior to work commencing, with the balance due upon completion.

Payment Terms - Are usually 7-14 Days, or COD for all print work and new customers. If you have any questions at all, please ask, we are here to help.

Absolutely. I collaborate closely with another trusted designer who’s there for contingency and extra support, so projects keep moving no matter what. And when something needs specialist attention, I’ve got reliable print and digital partners I can call on.

Trading Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding public holidays in SA

We use a broad range of applications for content creation, efficient workflow and administration, including the latest Adobe Creative Suite applications, AI tools, Microsoft suite of applications, along with other specific production based software.

I work from a professional home-based studio office at the foot of the Adelaide Hills. This keeps overheads down, and provides a more cost effective solution to customers. Services are performed remotely and securely for clients anywhere in Australia.
